Week 9: 10/17/22 - 10/24/22

After testing on Saturday and Sunday, charts were created using the test data. These can be seen on the Google Sheet along with all the data.

A CAD model was created for the vent visors with fans. Since it was decided that optimized crossflow would be the airflow method of choice, a nozzle had to be custom designed for the intake fans.

Research was done on connection between the car's DC port, the PWM Charge Controller, the Battery Management System, and the battery. It was found that the boost converter for the DC port should be wired to the PWM Charge controller, and should thus produce a voltage suitable for the PWM Charge controller. This voltage will be around 16.5 V. Next, the main block diagram was revised and finalized.

Wiring diagrams were created to reflect the block diagram and show how connections would be made in the car. Additionally, airflow diagrams were created to show the different modes of optimized crossflow.
